Optarion is an AI workspace that helps users interact with AI tools, manage productivity workflows, sign in with Google, and connect supported services such as Google Gmail and Google Calendar when the user chooses to authorize access.
Optarion helps users work with AI-assisted chat, productivity features, connected tools, and project workflows.
Users may use their Google account, including Gmail identity information, to sign in and authenticate securely inside Optarion.
Users may connect Google services such as Gmail and Calendar to allow Optarion to provide contextual assistance.
Google access is optional and only happens after the user grants permission through the official Google consent flow.
Optarion may request access to certain Google account data only when a user explicitly chooses to sign in with Google or connect a Google account. This access is used to authenticate the user and provide app features related to email context, calendar availability, scheduling, and productivity assistance.
Optarion may use Google Sign-In to authenticate users. When a user signs in with Google, Optarion may access basic Google account identity information such as the user’s name, email address, profile image, and unique account identifier. This information is used to create, secure, and manage the user’s Optarion account.
A Gmail address may be used as the user’s login identity for Optarion. Using Gmail for sign-in does not mean Optarion can read Gmail messages unless the user separately grants Gmail access through the Google OAuth consent flow.
If Gmail access is enabled, Optarion may request permission to read Gmail data for the purpose of helping the user understand, summarize, search, or organize email-related information inside the Optarion experience.
If Calendar access is enabled, Optarion may request permission to read, create, update, or manage calendar events when the user asks Optarion to assist with scheduling, availability, meetings, reminders, or calendar workflows.
Optarion’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Optarion does not sell Google user data. Optarion does not use Google user data for advertising. Optarion does not allow humans to read Google user data unless required for security, legal compliance, user-requested support, or with the user’s explicit consent.
Users can disconnect Google access from within the Optarion app when available, or revoke Optarion’s access directly from their Google Account permissions page at any time.
Optarion Pro may be offered as a recurring subscription. Depending on the plan selected, the subscription may be billed monthly, every few months, or annually.
By continuing with a paid plan, the user agrees that the subscription may renew automatically unless canceled before the current billing period ends.
Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the active billing cycle and does not usually refund the remaining period unless required by law or store policy.
When starting a subscription inside Optarion or on any related subscription page, the user acknowledges and agrees that:

By using Optarion, the user agrees to use the app lawfully and responsibly. The user is responsible for the content, prompts, files, accounts, and third-party services they choose to connect or use inside the app.
Optarion may allow users to sign in with Google and connect third-party services such as Google Gmail and Google Calendar. Use of those services is also subject to the third-party provider’s own terms and policies.
When using Google Sign-In, the user authorizes Optarion to access basic Google account information for authentication, account creation, account security, and account management. Gmail message access is not enabled by Google Sign-In alone and requires separate user authorization if Gmail features are used.
Optarion may generate AI-assisted responses, summaries, suggestions, or workflow outputs. Users should review important outputs before relying on them, especially for business, legal, medical, financial, or sensitive decisions.
Paid features may require an active subscription. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized payment provider.
The user is responsible for maintaining access to their account and for any activity performed through their account or connected services.
Optarion is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Optarion does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.
Optarion may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Optarion after updates means acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
