Optarion Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Optarion, including any features, services, subscriptions, and content provided through the application. By using Optarion, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Optarion is provided to help users access AI-powered tools and productivity features. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscriptions

Optarion may offer auto-renewable subscription plans. Subscription details, including the subscription title, duration, and price, are displayed before purchase inside the app.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

3. AI Features

Optarion may use third-party AI services to process user prompts and generate responses. The app may send the text you provide to an AI service in order to return a response. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable doing so.

4. User Content

You are responsible for the content you submit to the app. You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.

5. Privacy

6. Account and Access

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

7. No Warranty

Optarion is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optarion and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
